Common questions about custom parts

The answers are intentionally careful because final terms depend on the drawing, material, batch, documents and route.

Can we start without a finished drawing?

Yes. We can start from photos, a sample, measurements and assembly context. Before production, the parameters that affect fit, service life and inspection must still be agreed.

Do you manufacture parts at your own factory?

Tiger Logistics organizes and coordinates production through manufacturing partners in China. The specific site is selected based on technology, material, quantity and project requirements.

Can you provide FAI or CMM reports?

Yes, when this control is needed and applicable. Format, sampling scope, measurement points and documents are fixed before order launch.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no universal MOQ. CNC parts depend on setup and programming, while fasteners or forged parts depend on tooling cost. We show the economically reasonable batch size in the offer.

Can parts be delivered with documents for Russia?

Availability depends on product type, HS code, transaction structure and destination. Documents, VAT and delivery terms are confirmed for the specific order.
