THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Start with the product,
not a ready-made set of documents.

Send us three things. If you have not chosen a supplier yet, we will start with supplier sourcing and purchasing.

  1. The product or a linkA photo, model and intended use.
  2. Approximate quantityAnd the supplier’s price, if you already have it.
  3. The destination city in RussiaTell us if the goods are needed by a particular date.

What happens next: we discuss your purchase and identify the information still needed to check import requirements and calculate costs. You do not need to guess the product’s customs code or order a certificate “just in case”.

FROM ENQUIRY TO RECEIPT

Five stages of a shipment

At each stage, you should know which decision you are making and what still needs to be done.

01 Before payment

You

Provide a product description, price and the factory documents you already have.

Tiger

We clarify details with the supplier and refer import questions to the specialists handling clearance.

Outcome

Who will import the goods, which checks and documents are required, and what is still unknown.

02 Costing and ordering

You

Compare the full cost and confirm the purchasing terms.

Tiger

We connect the supplier’s terms with the costs of cargo preparation, clearance and transport.

Outcome

A breakdown of work and costs: what is included, what is charged separately and what remains provisional.

03 Preparation

You

Confirm the order specifications and any changes that arise.

Tiger

We coordinate the supplier and warehouse: incoming deliveries, agreed checks, packaging and consolidation.

Outcome

The actual shipment is checked against the order; outstanding document and labelling questions are listed.

04 Transport and customs

You

Provide requested information and approve decisions that affect costs.

Tiger

We organise the agreed transport and coordinate clearance matters.

Outcome

A clear cargo status. If there is a delay, its known cause, the action required and the responsible party are identified.

05 Receipt

You

Receive the cargo, check the shipment and retain the transaction documents.

Tiger

We arrange collection and onward delivery within the services you have selected.

Outcome

The shipment is received, discrepancies are recorded and final costs are reconciled.

WHAT TO AGREE IN ADVANCE

Documents, EAC and labelling in plain English

THE TRANSACTION AND PRODUCT

What you bought and from whom

The contract, specification, invoice, packing list and product description help connect the order to the actual shipment. The precise documents needed for clearance are determined for your shipment.

Your action: ask the factory for its available documents and submit them for review.

CONFORMITY

Which document this particular product needs

“It needs EAC” is not precise enough. EAC is a market circulation mark; whether a certificate, declaration or other procedure is required depends on the specific product and applicable requirements. [1]

Your action: before ordering, establish the document type, responsible provider, timing and cost.

LABELLING

What must appear on the product

A product label, the EAC mark and Chestny ZNAK digital codes serve different purposes. For products subject to mandatory digital marking, agree where and when codes will be applied before shipping. [2]

Your action: approve the artwork and agree who will prepare and apply the required labelling.

Tiger coordinates purchasing, warehousing and logistics. The parties responsible for customs declarations, testing and conformity documentation are identified when preparing each shipment. These tasks are not automatically included in the freight rate.

SHIPMENT ECONOMICS

Compare the cost of the goods
delivered to your warehouse.

The factory price and freight price per kilogram do not show the full budget. Ask for a breakdown for your shipment.

GoodsThe purchase and agreed costs of working with the supplier.

Preparation and transportDomestic transport in China, packaging, the international route and the final delivery leg.

Clearance and product requirementsCustoms duties and services and, where necessary, testing, conformity documents and labelling.

Ask before paying: “What else could be added to this amount, and what information does it depend on?”

IF SOMETHING DOES NOT GO TO PLAN

First identify the cause.
Then decide on the solution.

Is a document missing, does information conflict, or is cargo delayed at a border crossing? Resolving the issue requires specific information: where the cargo is, what happened, who requested action and what must be provided.

We discuss who will resolve the problem, which costs are already confirmed and when the next status check will take place. A carrier’s promise cannot determine the actual time needed to cross a border.

THE NEXT STEP

Continue discussing your shipment

Choose the part of the process where you need help. The service descriptions will help you prepare a focused discussion about your shipment.
